Priority Action Detailed
Priority 1: Implement graduate profile as developed in conjunction with NEBOCES. As the graduate profile is implemented, the district will evaluate success and make necessary adjustments to promote student success.
Priority 2: Implement teaching strategies such as Kagan Cooperative Learning, Classroom Instruction that Works, Teaching with Love and Logic, and Depth and Complexity. This instruction provides a deeper understanding of student learning with the ability of teachers to implement a strategy to help students achieve both high growth and high achievement academically.
Priority 3: Fully implement data discussions to inform classroom instruction, MTSS and READ ACT plan procedures. At least quarterly meetings will be held to collaborate and determine best practices and strategies for student growth. Use data to inform instruction to attain both high growth and high achievement as measured by the District Performance Framework.

- The District is committed to encouraging and supporting educator effectiveness by providing financial assistance for learning opportunities.
- Teacher evaluation has been addressed and new processes are being applied for the 2023-2024 school year.
- Maker Space and Project Based Learning space has been addressed in the building project.
- Application of Modern Classroom Project teaching approach, Cross-curricular collaborative projects; guest teachers utilized to provide additional student-centered instructional opportunities.
- Additional electives for students have been added and refined to integrate with the graduate profile.
- Xello and Thrively are utilized to help expose students to various career paths. Working with NEBOCES.
