Priority #3 - Culture/CollaborationWhy this is a priority: Culture and Collaboration was identified by the District as a need to bring unity and opportunity throughout the school, but also the community. As a small, remote, rural district, it is recognized that the school is the center of activity for events and families. Developing that culture through social, learning, and sporting events, allows for relationships to extend beyond the classroom and promotes a family atmosphere.
